At Little Bumble™ we are passionate about educating and empowering all households to rely on a more sustainable way to keep food fresher for longer. By handcrafting premium, reusable beeswax food wraps we are helping households reduce plastic pollution and also food wastage. The Little Bumble Studio is situated in the green rolling hills of Gippsland Victoria, surrounded by many hard working farmers who provide beautiful fresh produce. Little Bumble wraps are created to suit the needs of keeping this fresh produce for as long as possible while also avoiding plastic waste. We lovingly hand cut and hand dipped 100% cotton fabric with local and natural ingredients in the Little Bumble Studio. Use the wraps for up to a year and then refresh with a top-up kit so they keep going strong! You can even make them yourself from scratch with a DIY kit. They are reusable, biodegradable and naturally anti-bacterial making them the ideal way to store food while being kind to the planet! There really is no need for plastic wrap in your kitchen. Little Bumble: Food storage that won’t cost the earth!

The face behind Little Bumble – Laura
I’m Laura and I’m a proud Gippslandian. While on maternity leave from science teaching, I became frustrated at the food wastage and plastic pollution that was occurring in my home. Being raised on land and striving to be a more sustainable, I began to research an alternative to plastic wrap, beeswax food wraps. I put my science skills to use and developed an all-natural formula that produced premium wraps that could be customised, refreshed and also provide a DIY kit. With the support of my family, friends and community, Little Bumble was created in June 2017 and now it has grown so much we employ a local team to help us lovingly handmade our wonderful wraps.
