Shop with us

How long does postage take?
We bring together lots of independent handmade businesses from around Australia. As some products are ready made and some are custom made (which is why you chose to shop with us – good call), and they are all shipped from different places, they may not all take the same time to reach you.
To get an idea of when you can expect your order, take a look at the turnaround times and shipping information on each item’s page. If a few extra days have passed and your order’s still not with you, please contact the individual handmade business.

Delivery
Each item includes a delivery information on the individual product page, so that you know what to expect. As each individual order arrives on your doorstep directly from the seller you purchased it from, delivery times will vary.  If you live in Australia, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-7 business days*. If the item is hand-made to order, you can expect a longer delivery time (please check the shipping information on the product page for details).

Shipping
The price of shipping within Australia is displayed on each product page. Prices may vary depending on location and the weight/dimension of the item being posted.

Do you ship internationally?
Please contact the seller of the individual item to ask if they ship internationally.

Where do our Handmade Businesses ship from?
The handmade item will ship from wherever our sellers are, be that a Brisbane suburb, sleepy country town or by the seaside! We show where every item will be shipped from on its product page, plus include estimated delivery details beside the product description.

How can I check if my order has been shipped?

Once your order (or part of your order) has been shipped, you will receive an email from us (with tracking details if applicable). As your order may be from a number of different handmade businesses, you will receive multiple shipping emails when each item is shipped.

I have only received one part of my order, where is the rest?

Why am I receiving several parcels if I only placed one order?

We list products from a range of independent handmade businesses, which means if you purchased from a range of makers, that you will receive more than one parcel…lucky you! More happy mail days!

I’ve entered the wrong shipping address, what do I do?

Please contact us HERE ASAP with your order number and we will contact the individual businesses and let them know.

I have a question about one of your products, can you help?

Sure can! Best person to contact is the fabulous handmade business who makes the product! You can contact them via the ‘Contact the maker’ section down the bottom of each individual product listing.

My product is a gift, do you gift wrap? Can you send it without an invoice please?

Handmade makes THE BEST gift! So go you! If you would like your product gift wrapped, please contact the individual handmade business via the ‘contact the maker’ section down the bottom of each individual product listing.  You can also request at any time for your gift to be sent without an invoice by writing this in the ‘order notes’ at checkout.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at this stage, but we hope to in the near future!

What payment types do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal and credit card (currently accepting Mastercard, Visa and American Express)

Where do I find your store?

Our store is online only, which means you get to shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from the comfort of your own home, in your comfy pants with a glass of wine in hand!

How do I get access to your VIP area? I need those exclusive discounts pretty please!

Just sign up to join our mailing list and we will email you the super secret password to unlock it, as well as keep you up to date with the latest handmade goss, new releases, sales and more!

How do I get my business listed in your handmade directory?

I’d love to sell my products with you! How do I sign up?

You can sell your products with us by taking out a business subscription with us – which includes having your business listed in our directory, products and brand promoted in our newsletter and social media AND waives your registration fee and reduces your admin fees to sell in our shop! You can learn more about our business subscriptions HERE. Alternatively, you can apply to become a vendor and sell your items with us HERE.
